Sober living discussion removed from Fountain Hills Town Council agenda

An item scheduled for the Town Council meeting this evening, Tuesday, Dec. 5, has been removed from the agenda.
The proposed discussion related to amending Town Code to provide for staff inspection of sober living homes in Fountain Hills will not be considered.
There is no indication as to why the item was removed. However, a staff report related to the item indicates that the town has no authority to conduct inspections at such facilities other than an annual fire inspection. Such inspections are state jurisdiction.
