The Shea Boulevard improvements are progressing with the installation of new curb and gutter along the westbound lanes on Tuesday morning.

The concrete was poured into a machine that stretched out a ribbon of curbing from Technology Drive to Saguaro Boulevard.

Eventually a third westbound lane will be built and sidewalk behind the new curb. Fresh asphalt will be overlaid the entire area between the town’s eastern boundary to just west of Technology.
