Help, we are seeking projects to fund. Senior Services Inc. has funds available and is offering grants that sponsor the enhancement of the lives of our Fountain Hills seniors.

SSI’s source of funds has been generated through contributions entrusted to them from the Senior Services Foundation and other organizations and individuals that support the SSI mission.

SSI formed in the early 1990s and serves as the financial arm for the Home Delivered Meals program, keeping meal costs reasonable and providing funding for HDM volunteer expenses. SSI is also the financial arm for both the Technology Learning Center (TLC) and bingo.

Grants have been awarded to The River of Time Museum, the Desert Vista Dog Park for a senior bench, the mentor program for volunteer expenses, Honor Flight for a Veterans’ three-day journey of honor and remembrance to the memorials in Washington, D.C., the Music Park for a senior bench, the Fountain Hills Veterans Memorial for the stage and shade tents, the Munch and Music for audio and lighting equipment and the Community Garden for raised planters, walkway pavers and shade structures.

Our mission is to continue to support programs that will benefit the Fountain Hills senior population in areas of health, recreation and education activities.
