In 1973 the Supreme Court usurped the authority of God and made a horrible decision to legalize the murder of unborn babies; over 55 million babies have been killed in the U.S. since 1973, the majority for convenience sake.

Now the Supreme Court’s failure to do what is morally right will bring about the legalization of homosexual marriage, condoning perversion.

We redefine marriage ignoring Jesus’ words, “a man is to leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two become one flesh,” thinking we know better than God what is good and right.

This self-deception will result in the destruction of our society. We redefine tolerance from letting people live their own lives to we must accept, agree and even celebrate that which the Scripture condemns.

Today apostate preachers promote such ungodliness, in doing so blaspheme the Lord. Now we have those who want to pass laws requiring total acceptance of this perverse lifestyle, under the politically correct term of “non-discrimination,” rather than being honest about their agenda to change society by demanding compliance to their ungodly way of thinking.

I am neither homophobic nor hate homosexuals. Quite the opposite is true; I share because of God’s love. Homosexuality, abortion, murder, lying, stealing, pre-marital/extra-marital sex, etc., are sins. Sin leads to eternal death.

We share the truth that Jesus came to save sinners from our sins. To encourage others to live in any sin, telling them it is acceptable to God, is a lie and expresses disdain for their soul, not love.

We need to look at our own hearts and lives to see if, like the Supreme Court, we have sadly gotten to the place where we don’t care what God says, when it is what God says that we should care most about.
