Schweikert needs to explain his vote on the Epstein files

I recently contacted Representative David Schweikert regarding his vote against releasing the Epstein files, requesting clarification on his position. In response, I received a form letter thanking me for sharing my opinion and stating that he strives to follow the will of his constituents.
I subsequently placed a follow-up phone call to his office and was told that I would need to wait for a forthcoming newsletter to address this matter.
Given the seriousness of this issue and its implications for transparency, accountability, and public trust, I believe that a direct and timely explanation from Representative Schweikert is warranted. Constituents deserve more than a form response — they deserve a clear, substantive statement on why their elected representative voted as he did on such a critical matter.
