Your support of the School District’s budget override and capital improvement bond is important to our children and to our community.
The budget override simply renews funding that is needed to support many existing educational programs such as free all-day kindergarten and lower teacher/student ratios in grades 1-3.
Your vote of support for these early childhood education programs is also a vote for your community. A great community starts with a great local school district, so please vote yes to continue a budget override that does not increase your tax rate.

The capital improvement bond is used to maintain our school buildings and buses. The district has itemized its needs to maintain our local school buildings and include priorities such A/C equipment, playground safety measures, shade structures, lighting improvements (safety), basic flooring and painting needs, etc.
Essentially, the focus of this bond is to ensure students continue to have a safe, secure and encouraging environment optimized for learning. Please vote yes to keep our facilities and buses safe and sound.
For those empty-nest voters who are on the fence, please consider how a great local school district can also help you. A great school district attracts families and businesses to our town. This inflow helps keep the town vibrant and bolsters economic conditions for everyone.
Please vote yes and yes for both School District ballot questions.
