The executive session is set to kick off at 5:30 p.m. with members meeting with designated representatives of the public body to consider and instruct regarding negotiations with employee organizations in the matter of salaries, salary schedules or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits.
This session is conducted annually before the district enters into negotiations for coming year contracts.

School Board to discuss contracts

This evening’s Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board session is set to begin with an executive session, closed to the public.
The executive session is set to kick off at 5:30 p.m. with members meeting with designated representatives of the public body to consider and instruct regarding negotiations with employee organizations in the matter of salaries, salary schedules or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits.
This session is conducted annually before the district enters into negotiations for coming year contracts.
Speaking of contracts, the only item listed under the discussion portion of tonight’s meeting is director/assistant principal contracts. If any action is required in this area, it will be taken at a future meeting. No action items were on the agenda as of press time, though a number of policies that underwent first reads at the late February meeting will appear under a single umbrella as part of the consent agenda.
The regular meeting is expected to begin at 6:30 p.m. in the District Learning Center. The regular portion of the meeting is open to the general public.
