School board meets tonight to discuss personnel issue
The Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board will hold a meeting tonight to discuss the possible dismissal of a certified employee. The board will meet in executive session at 5:30 p.m. at the district learning center.
A regular meeting will follow, with the board to discuss the possible dismissal, suspension or leave of absence with pay for the employee, or appointment of a hearing officer for a dismissal proceeding. It was announced via social media by her supporters that the employee being considered for possible dismissal is long-time teacher Pam Aister.
