School board meets tonight

The first meeting of the new school year for the Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board will take place tonight, Aug. 14, at the District Learning Center, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

At the meeting the board will discuss a vaping prevention curriculum, approve Superintendent Dr. Robert Allen as the student activities treasurer and accept a donation to FHUSD teachers from Desert Canyon Bar & Grill.

This meeting is open to the public.
