What is one of the first things a Realtor advises you when you decide to sell your property? Curb appeal is extremely important as this is the first thing a prospective buyer sees, and we all know the effect first impressions have on each and every one of us.

Right now Saguaro Blvd. is the entrance to over one-third of the people who enter Fountain Hills – be they personal guests, prospective customers for our businesses, possible buyers of our properties for sale or just plain “looky loos” checking us out.

To anyone entering Fountain Hills on Saguaro Blvd., our curb appeal “first impression” is pot holes, cracks in the asphalt etc. is poor at best – we need to fix this. Saguaro Blvd. has served us all well for the past several decades, but it is just plain tired and worn out.

I have cast my vote to restore Saguaro Blvd. and I hope that you, who have already voted, have done the same. For those of you that have yet to vote, please join me and others and vote yes on the Saguaro Blvd. bond issue.

If we do this our curb appeal “first impression” will certainly improve and this is good for all of Fountain Hills residents and businesses.
