The Home Watch, rent-by-owner partner and concierge service company servicing Fountain Hills, SASQ-Watch Home Services, has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) for a third year.
SASQ-Watch Home Services offers local support for vacation rental owners and periodic absentee homeowners, according to a press release.
Owner Brad Smith is a former sales professional specializing in medical and dental products and technologies.
Smith’s journey into the Home Watch and rent-by-owner (RBO) partnership was inspired by his experiences as a vacation rental property owner, the release said.
Smith has firsthand experience with storms, heat and cold on home systems, as well as the threats of water infiltration, pests and criminal activity.
SASQ-Watch Home Services serves Fountain Hills, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Gold Canyon and Apache Junction.
SASQ stands for Systematic, Accountable, Secure and Quality.
