Last week, the Fountain Hills Coalition ran a full-page advertisement thanking the 500-plus families in our community that are part of the Safe Homes Network. Unfortunately, our newest family didn’t make it into the advertisement.

We’d like to welcome Councilman Cecil Yates and his wife, Nancy, to the Safe Homes Network! We are thrilled they joined by taking the Safe Homes Network pledge that essentially states that they will not allow those under 21 to drink alcohol or take illegal drugs in their home. We commend them for now being a part of a community program that values the health and safety of our children.
