Saddle Bronc Grill owner reflects on decade of business in Fountain Hills

Barb Tesch has owned the Saddle Bronc Grill in Fountain Hills with her husband since April 2016.

Tesch first worked at the restaurant, which first opened in 2009, as a hostess, but eventually worked her way into the ownership position after a few months once the previous ownership decided they wanted out.

On April 10, 2026, Tesch will have officially owned the restaurant for 10 years, and she takes pride in how the restaurant is a regular spot for many of its patrons each night.
