The Vex Robotics Team of Fountain Hills is sponsoring the state’s largest tournament on Feb. 14 and 15 at the Fountain Hills High School gyms. More than 50 teams and 700-plus people are anticipated. The competition times are from 6-9 p.m. Friday the 14th and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday the 15th. The volunteer times are from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday the 14th and 8 a.m. to close on the 15th Saturday.

We need adult and high school age volunteers. We need help with assistants to help on the field, to check in teams, to check robots for loose or sharp items. We can use people to help count points on the field, reset fields, and act as referees. We need assistants to help construct fields Friday and pull down on Saturday night.
