U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito warned that Obama’s runaway regulations will put the property rights of every American at the mercy of EPA’s employees; no private property is safe.

Yet Obama wants to seize more power under WOTUS-Waters of the United States from navigable waterways, plus closely-related bodies of water related to commerce in Article 1, Section 3 of the Constitution where EPA and government had a defined but limited jurisdiction.

Obama and the EPA are proposing changing jurisdiction to every stream, underground water, even puddles, in effect nationalizing your property by regulation, just like the Oregon ranchers’ underground water supply was deemed government-owned, forcing them to vacate their property without water. Only one rancher fought in court, providing the title stating he owned the underground water and winning, thus making him a target later on.

Obama and his Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, are conspiring to deprive citizens of rights with massive regulatory taxes on energy use; threatening the RICO-Racketeer Inflamed on Corrupt Organizations Act to investigate oil companies who dare question climate change. The RICO act was designed to put mobsters who killed people behind bars, not those who disagreed with the government.

This proves Obama, Al Gore, plus radical environmentalists are working to remake America, causing a diminished standard of living for everyone. Transparency promised never happened since Obama occupied the White House. Instead, he’s abused his power by overriding laws or ignoring them.

Using government agencies and limitless funds deprives rights of free speech from opposing citizens, even stonewalls Freedom of Information Act requests with blacked-out documents to stop investigation of corruption. Many people are complaining the America they grew up in and loved has changed into something they barely recognize.
