DeGeorge Partners in Fountain Hills is continuing its Retirement Next Steps Workshops Thursday, Aug. 22, at 4 p.m. to answer any questions about VA home loans.
The workshop will feature Chris Wesson, a USMC veteran and experienced loan officer with Benchmark Mortgage who will provide insight on VA loans.
Wesson will cover topics including eligibility requirements, loan benefits, the application process and more, a press release read.
In addition, Karen DeGeorge, principal of DeGeorge Partners and a 23-year realtor will give her industry insights and expertise.
DeGeorge is a top-performing realtor in Fountain Hills, an accredited buyer representative, short sale and relocation resource and a certified luxury home marketing specialist.
Senior Real Estate Specialist Jill Templeton-Haislip will also share tips for retirees looking to buy or sell real estate.
The workshop will be held at DeGeorge Partners - Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, 16872 E. Avenue of the Fountains, Suite 103.
