Have you moved residences or otherwise sustained furniture damage that you wanted to repair or restore but questioned, “Who is qualified and who can I trust to perform this work?” This was certainly my question when I needed a qualified furniture artist for such work.

During recent rainstorms, we sustained water damage to a dining room table that we purchased more than 40 years ago. The damage was considerable and we believed it may be beyond repair. A friend with professional furniture experience referred us to Jourdain’s Furniture Repair. Michael Jourdain was previously employed for 13 years as quality assurance and repair Manager for Robb & Stucky, formerly a renowned Scottsdale retailer of high-quality furniture. We engaged Mr. Jourdain to restore the table top and also touch up some additional furniture items that needed such an artist to restore to proper condition.

We were satisfied far beyond our expectations. The work was outstanding, prompt and reasonably priced, especially considering the value we placed on each piece Mr. Jourdain restored. I highly recommend Michael Jourdain if you want to restore your high-quality furniture item to amazing condition.

In our case, no one will recognize any prior damage unless we tell them a story that this table was rain damaged during the wettest October in Arizona history and Michael Jourdain restored it to an original condition.
