The 2017 Relay for Life may still be a ways off, but there’s lots of planning to do before the big event finally arrives. To get the ball rolling, organizers are holding a Relay for Life Fountain Hills Kickoff Party this evening, Dec. 14, and anyone interested in learning more or chipping in is invited to attend.
The event will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Copperwynd Resort, 13225 N. Eagle Ridge Dr.
This will be an open house format with a short program. Food will be provided and, in honor of the holiday season, an “ugly sweater contest” will also be a part of the evening’s festivities.
