Specifically referring to President Trump’s travel restriction executive order (January 28, 2017) for seven out of forty Muslim countries. Mayor Greg Stanton, Phoenix does not know the difference between a certain federal judge’s “stay” and Mr. Stanton calling that an unconstitutional ruling; it is no such thing.
Scant understanding is dangerous and pure nonsense from the lips of Mr. Stanton.

It may come to a question of constitutionality before the U.S. Supreme Court, but Mr. Stanton cannot anticipate the justices of the court. Period.
Too many Chicken Littles running around, ignorant ones at that, given audience by anyone with camera and microphone. Whatever happened to “silence is golden,” especially if you do not know what you are talking about?
