People from all different backgrounds and walks of life came together in Fountain Hills for a day of prayer for a special event recently.
Titled Rededicate 250 and based on a national event from President Donald Trump to honor the role of faith in America’s founding, the event in Fountain Hills took place on May 17 at the Chamber patio.
That May 17 date holds significance to America’s history. May 17, 1776, was observed as a day of humiliation, fasting and prayer by General George Washington of the Continental Congress at the time.
