As a resident in Fountain Hills, I would like to share an amazing experience with other homeowners.
I have always built from scratch or bought new houses. This is my first used home.
With all the dust and smells in here, I hired Sunshine Cleaning and Restoration to clean the vents. It took nine hours and they showed up, not with a shop vac, but with a machine nearly as big as my fridge and then ran another with brushes through each and every vent, cleaned coils on the HVAC and went through the roof on the dryer vent and then hit it again in the laundry room. Now my dryer runs 20 minutes instead of an hour.

They also do mold and water removal and other services. I highly recommend their services.
