I have found an unexpected personal economic benefit as a result of the Saguaro and Shea boulevards road improvement projects.

Because of the congestion and confusion entering stores, etc., I have reduced the number of trips that require the use of those roads.

As a result my spending has decreased and I am saving a small amount each week. Since the projects will require between 100 to 160 weeks, these savings will accumulate.
