It’s easy to attack a proposed tax. It’s even easier to find reasons to oppose its imposition. It’s harder to recognize the need for a tax and accept its necessity, even when it has been shown to be the only logical solution to a very real problem.

Fountain Hills has a very real financial problem. All the facts point to a primary property tax as the only adequate solution. Let’s put petty politics aside and stand together to support Fountain Hills. Our town needs a reliable source of revenue, fully controllable by us. If the tax referendum wins, we win.
