Rain forecast to return over the weekend

Don’t wash that car yet, the rain is expected to return to the Valley and Fountain Hills this weekend.
The National Weather Service forecast has a 70 percent chance of rain beginning near midnight. The rain continues with an 80 percent chance through Sunday dropping of to 50 percent by Sunday night.
Rainfall amounts could be up to half an inch for the town still soggy from the remnants of Rosa that passed by this past week.
Following a forecast high in the low 80s on Saturday, high temperatures are expected to drop off to the mid to low 70s into early next week.
