The Town of Fountain Hills Planning & Zoning Commission will consider proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance that will update rules for home occupations in the community.
In his staff report to the commission, Development Services Director John Wesley said the current regulations have been in place for many years.
“With the digital age and the types of businesses evolving, town staff have identified situations where activities of a business nature are being operated in a home, but the nature of the activity does not fit with current definitions and regulations as a home occupation,” Wesley said.
