Harr Family Homes, LLC, of Fountain Hills is requesting two lots currently zoned R1-18 be rezoned to R1-10 to allow for construction of single-family homes on the site.
The developer is also asking for a replat of each lot to include two building lots including flag lots to allow access. The proposal is for the construction of single-story homes between 2,000 and 3,000 square feet.

The commission will also be considering action on the annual report on the implementation of the Town of Fountain Hills General Plan 2020. This was presented to the commission in May, but action was held for revisions.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on Monday, June 10, at 6 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
