Two groups that claim to be the “true conservatives” are seeking voter support for election. One group claims to be the “new generation of leadership” but is really the old guard, think “Washington establishment,” fixtures gathering dust. So it is not surprising that in their fossilized thinking they have seen fit to violate the law and consequently be condemned by the Republican State Chairman.

For what? For Deceptive and misleading mailings that were used. This warning was mailed out to every Republican in Golden Eagle precinct. In layman’s terms, they are not what they claim to be, they are not conservative leaders.

They are interested in preserving themselves, happy to rule rather than govern. The flaunting of law leads to rule of man as we see in Washington today. Those who might happen to get elected by illegal means should ethically simply resign.

So who is the other group? I speak for myself. I am a Constitutional Conservative. There is a difference. I work for freedom of religion, free speech and protecting life.

I strongly support the Second Amendment, which incidentally guards and supports the other nine Amendments. The card that I handed out while going door to door emphasizes not only the support of our veterans, but the urgency of appointing conservative Supreme Court Justices.

I am supporting precinct workers that I know are good for the country: Ron Smith, William Bovinette, Clancy Hellige, Roger Velez, Terry Huffman, Charlene Dill, Laurence Schmit, Effie Gross, Judy Rutkowski, Richard Rutkowky and Evelyn Munn.

Thank you to all who took time to visit with me at your front door. Please vote your early ballots or vote Aug. 30.
