I’m a Canadian snowbird coming to Fountain Hills for two winters.
This year, I registered my corporation in Arizona. I walked into the Bank of America on Shea to open a commercial account.
Ms. Vanessa Drinoczy came to the rescue. You see, sir, you need to have an IRS tax number first, then you need the following list of information, which I will email it to you so you have it on your computer. Please come back and see me, and we will get it done.

I’m a Canadian snowbird coming to Fountain Hills for two winters.
This year, I registered my corporation in Arizona. I walked into the Bank of America on Shea to open a commercial account.

My lawyer sent me all of the documentation by email. Great, I’m not savvy enough with the computer to actually do it online and it’s the only way to do it.
I printed the documentation and headed back to see Ms. Vanessa.
I said, I have a serious problem. I have to file this online, pay $65 for the application, fill it out and figure out where to send it.
First words were, Oh no, I can get it done online for free.
Between the two of us, we filled out the application. Then, it was waiting online for an IRS clerk. Banking Center Manager Mr. Rob Woodward came to our rescue three times, but Vanessa had everything under control.
Finally, an IRS person answered, reviewed our information and instructed Vanessa to have me sign the form and fax it. Within a week, I received the EIN in the mail, came back to the bank, and Vanessa, all smiles, opened my commercial account.
Never in a million years in Canada…
Seldom do we hear in the news of positive stories.
Please tell your readers about the exquisite service from Ms. Vanessa Drinoczy and Bank of America Manager Rob Woodward, and urge them to pay them a visit.
