I am very disappointed on the voting of the Town Council last Thursday evening on the subject of the “pot shop.” The owner accepted the town terms when he wanted to open and now he doesn’t like them anymore.
Well, Mr. Steinmetz, I don’t like your shop in our town. If you suddenly don’t like what you agreed to in the beginning, then maybe you should find a town more to your liking. In other words…move.
The vote was two against, five for. Our Mayor Linda Kavanagh and Councilman Cecil Yates voted against. I hope the other council members have committed political suicide in this town. I know they have with me.
