Planning and Zoning meets Aug. 14

The Planning and Zoning Commission returns to work after a summer break on Monday, Aug. 14. The commission will consider a Special Use Permit (SUP) request related to residential use on commercially zoned property.

The applicant is making a request to allow up to seven residential units on a .27-acre commercial parcel located off Ivory Drive north of El Pueblo Boulevard. The request includes three lots at the north end of the parking lot.

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets Monday, Aug. 14, at 6 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall. The session is open to the public. The Town Council is scheduled to hear the request at its regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
