I’d like to add to Nancy Henry’s request for people unable to understand the rules of the road to turn in their keys. I am so amazed at the way pedestrians are ignored or abused in intersections that I had to looks up the laws to see if they had changed without my hearing about it. They have not!
Pedestrians have the right of way in crosswalks and uncontrolled intersections. Drivers honk, yell at, or just ignore pedestrians crossings at intersections and roll right in front of the person walking. Read the rules and give pedestrians a brake, they have the right of way!
