While the Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission continued to chip away at revisions and restructuring of the zoning ordinance chapters, a few additions under the use category drew additional discourse during the Aug. 10 meeting.
The current ordinance has a use list, though it is slowly molding into a “use category” for easier perusal. Use categories, as Development Services Director John Wesley details, include nine categories while each breaks down different uses.
No action was taken, but direction was given to further the process.
