“Scarlett wakes up and wants to go to Ace and see Jeannie and the girls which for a two-and-a-half year old is pretty funny,” Randy Crader said, Scarlett's father.

Christmas is the season of giving, and two-and-a-half-year-old Scarlett got the present of her dreams.

A regular customer of Paul’s Ace Hardware in Fountain Hills, Scarlett plays with the scan wand, rings up items and helps her parents Randy and Elle Crader when they’re ready to check out.

“She’s really interactive with us girls up here, and she just always wants to hang out,” Ace Cashier Jeannie Hutton said, “And so we said, ‘We should make her a vest.’”
