Parkinson's

I would like to give a shout-out to a member of our Fountain Hills Community, Cindy Holliday, for the work she is doing to help people like myself, who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Cindy has been my personal trainer for the past six months, helping me to minimize the symptoms and effects of Parkinson’s Disease.

Cindy’s “ConunDrum of Parkinson’s” program has helped me to increase my physical coordination, improved my mood, mental acuity and overall quality of life. She provides me with a challenging and fun exercise program in my own home setting.

If you or a loved one is suffering from the many physical and mental effects of Parkinson’s Disease, I invite you – I urge you – to contact Cindy Holliday to find out more about her exercise program and how it could improve the quality of your life.
