Alliance Residential, the leasing company for Park Place, has opened an office on the Avenue of the Fountains.

The office, staffed by Dex Hiland, is located at 16820 Avenue of the Fountains, suite 104.

The temporary office is across the street from the project until mid-October when a move into Park Place is anticipated.

To better pinpoint the office’s location, it is in a courtyard near Mr. and Mrs. Pet Grooming and behind Randy Polk Designs.

Hiland said he is pre-leasing the first group of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments anticipated to be ready for occupancy in the beginning of January.

Seven floor plans can be reviewed by prospective tenants. However, the pricing has not yet been set.

His company has compiled a list dating back to April of at least 200 individuals interested in leasing an apartment, said Hiland. The monthly rents should be announced in September.
