Oka Sushi expands dining space

Sushi restaurant in Fountain Hills adds 30 seats

The sushi restaurant on the Avenue of the Fountains, Oka Sushi, recently expanded into the adjacent suite, adding 30 additional seats to its dining area in preparation for the busy winter season.

The space was previously occupied by Snowee, a Korean- and Japanese-inspired dessert shop under the same ownership of Oka Sushi.

The space was repurposed into a dining area to cut down on dinner wait times in the fall and winter.
