North Heights

Kudos to Anthony Perrine not only for his letter last week but, more importantly, his remaining firm with the Board at the last monthly meeting.

Certain board members are surly and pugnacious not only with the public who attend the meetings, but also past female board members. It appears that the board members don’t want the public to question any aspect of their action and documents. They forget that they represent all the residents of North Heights.

Don Doty does not run the meeting according to the State Open Meeting Laws or Roberts Rules. He truly is unfamiliar with the North Heights documents, and is selective in their enforcement of the CC&Rs.

We pay over $2,000 a month for First Service Residential expertise. The rep from First Service could be helping the Board run the meeting correctly but doesn’t provide this service. Things never change with this Board.
