If we are not going to enforce the no turn on red at Palisades and Shea, then let's get rid of it.

Seriously….

Town Council and law enforcement should do one or the other.

I use the intersection frequently and feel foolish sitting there while most drivers totally ignore the two red arrows and three signs. Really most completely ignore it.
