The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission picked up its discussion related to regulations for wireless broadband communications at its May 13 meeting, but with no recommendation to council, it delayed further discussion until the regular commission meeting scheduled for Monday, July 8.
The commission is still asking staff and council for the Campinelli report provided by a consultant the commission had requested. That report was reviewed by the Town Council during a closed executive session with no action.
It is reported that Town Attorney Aaron Arnson has determined that document to be privileged communication to the council and has declined to provide it to the commission.
