Posted

Niada Mae Heasley, 89, of Fountain Hills returned to her Heavenly Father, her husband of 65 years, William H. Heasley, and son, Billy, on April 13, 2015 at Courtyard Towers in Mesa.

Niada is survived by her son, Jim; six grandchildren, Will, Brock, Logan, Erin, Mckay and Tyler; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was born Aug. 10, 1925 in Joplin, Mo. to Alice and William Radley. Relocating to Taft, Calif., she married Bill on Nov. 29, 1946.

After retiring to Fountain Hills, she and Bill and their son, Jim, opened a family business in the “Village Bazaar” at the Fountain. Fountain Gallery and Gifts was a very successful destination store for many years.

She loved to camp, fish, water ski, golf and travel the country in the R.V. Her passion and devotion, however, was her family. Niada was extremely proud of her sons, Jim and Bill, and all of the grandchildren. She left memories for all to reflect on and enjoy.

Niada will be greatly missed by all those who have been blessed by knowing her. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Building, 15507 E. Bainbridge Ave., Fountain Hills. Arrangements were made by Messinger Fountain Hills Mortuary.
