New seafood restaurant coming to Fountain Hills at Eagle Mountain

A new seafood restaurant is coming to Fountain Hills at the end of August.

Trilogy Restaurant, which opens in Eagle Mountain at 14815 E. Shea Blvd. on Aug. 20, aims to provide both seafood from all over the world and a breathtaking view.

The name Trilogy comes from the desire of chef partner Richard E. Pelz and restaurant partner, sommelier, and general manager Dennis Payne to create a restaurant that revolves around the trio of food, wine and culture.
