The tagline for Home Watch Neighbor, owned by Jeff Stack, is “a vacant home is a vulnerable home.”

As a 25-year part-time resident of Arizona, Stack said he recognized the need for a reliable, reputable, dependable home watcher.

“While I appreciated my neighbor’s efforts to ‘check on the house,’ there was simply not enough attention to detail,” said Stack. “Upon arriving to our vacation home in Arizona, invariably my wife and I would find minor issues needing to be addressed.”

They would find lights that needed replacing, issues with the drip system or a chirping smoke alarm.

“I will be your eyes, ears and nose when you are away from your Arizona home,” added Stack.

His firm differs from similar services in that he uses a reporting software system that allows clients to see visit reports from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.

“This gives them peace of mind knowing that their homes are being watched by a trained professional in their absence,” he said.

In addition to routine interior and exterior checks, the company offers premium services of arrival set-up, departure clean-up and meeting repairmen or pest control company representatives. Drone photography of the property can be arranged.
