Senator Kavanagh, I was dismayed to see that disabled students’ needs are outweighed by the ESA Voucher Student Giveaway wants.
Your own data shows that the ESA voucher students come from predominantly upper-class zip codes, and don’t have many needs unfulfilled. Shame on you for not supporting disabled students, who come from all economic backgrounds.
