More work on Sagauro to begin Thursday

Beginning on Thursday, Jan. 16, the southbound lane restriction on Saguaro Boulevard will be in place again between Palmer Way and Trevino Drive.

Crews will begin removing the asphalt and contaminated soil under the pavement of the bicycle lane caused by the gasoline spill in November. The contaminated soil will be removed and replaced with new pavement on top.

According to town Development Services Director Paul Mood the work should take one to two weeks.
