The Fountains United Methodist Church will host Pathways to Presence, a full-day retreat dedicated to mindfulness, creativity and community connection, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1.

This event invites participants to explore a variety of practices designed to calm the mind, clarify intentions and cultivate presence.

Activities in the Connection Center will include mindful movement, intention setting on the Labyrinth, creative art, meditation and more.

The Fountains United Methodist Church will host Pathways to Presence, a full-day retreat dedicated to mindfulness, creativity and community connection, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1.

This event invites participants to explore a variety of practices designed to calm the mind, clarify intentions and cultivate presence.

Activities in the Connection Center will include mindful movement, intention setting on the Labyrinth, creative art, meditation and more.

Attendees will also enjoy a light breakfast and nutritious lunch, and profits generated from this event go to support future Labyrinth and other mindfulness events.

The retreat is open to the public. Advance registration is required by Wednesday, Oct. 29. Space is limited. Prices are $59 per person, which includes food and activities.

To register, participants are asked to send payment to The Fountains UMC with “Pathways to Presence” noted in the memo. An online payment option will be available through the church’s EStreams newsletter.
