We have too many choices these days, don’t we? When it comes to milk alone – regular milk, reduced fat milk, almond milk, etc. Too many choices are actually a good problem to have.
Some people, however, people who live in this area, don’t have a choice.
Aside from feeding over 1,000 people each month, Extended Hands Food Bank provides fresh milk for area children. Originally initiated by a generous grant by local organizations, Pastor David Iverson of Extended Hands Food Bank now continues to provide fresh milk to children whose families are served by the food bank.

Since the grant has been depleted, however, it now comes at a cost to the organization.
If you were to relinquish just one fancy coffee drink per week in lieu of a donation to the food bank, it would help Iverson continue to provide this fresh milk to these children. We are so blessed that it’s difficult for us to see outside the realm of our experience. But remember, “To whom much is given, much will be required.”
Extended Hands Food Bank is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) Arizona corporation. All contributions are tax deductible and you may donate online at ehfb.org or by calling 480-837-0303.
