Great fun, superb voices and wonderful music are on tap at the Copperstate Productions offering, Midsummer Dreamin’, now playing at the Fountain Hills Theater.

I attended opening night and completely enjoyed myself. If you love 60s and 70s rock (and who doesn’t?), you will love all the popular songs from that magical time that are interspersed through the play. If you love Shakespeare’s fanciful tale of Puck and the woodland fairies, you will love this musical adapted by Peter J. Hill from A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Laughs abound and the great music had the audience singing and clapping along. This is a groovy evening, man. Midsummer Dreaming’ continues at your Fountain Hills Theater through July 30.
