The Mesa City Council is set to vote on a $53.5 million contract for possible renovation of the police headquarters building during its Feb. 24 meeting.

The meeting takes place at 5:45 p.m. at 20 E. Main St. The contract also has a possible change order allowance in the amount of $2.67 million, according to council documents.
