Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills reported that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, June 19 through Wednesday, June 25.
Thursday, June 19
*A resident of the 17000 block of Oro Grande Drive reported that an unknown subject was using the victim’s personal information without permission to open credit accounts.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills reported that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, June 19 through Wednesday, June 25.
Thursday, June 19
*A resident of the 17000 block of Oro Grande Drive reported that an unknown subject was using the victim’s personal information without permission to open credit accounts.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Gunsight Drive reported that an unknown subject posing as a Walmart employee remotely accessed the victim’s cell phone and transferred money out of the victim’s bank account without permission as part of a scam.
*Deputies made a traffic stop for criminal speed on Saguaro Boulevard at Ledferd Lane. According to deputies the driver was traveling 60 miles per hour where the speed limit is 35. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*A resident of the 15000 block of Palomino Blvd. reported that an unknown subject removed cash from an envelope sent by U.S. Mail prior to the letter arriving at its destination.
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject stole the victim’s cell phone/wallet combo from a shopping cart at a business.
Friday, June 20
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Catclaw Court where it was reported that a subject broke a window to enter the residence of a family member after being told they were not welcome there. The subject was arrested and booked into jail.
Saturday, June 21
*A resident of the 13000 block of Hamilton Drive reported that a subject made a verbal threat against the victim over the telephone.
*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that a subject stole and then damaged the property of a business. The victim did not wish to aid in prosecution.
*A resident of the 15000 block of Palomino Blvd. reported a violation of a court order.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an employee of a business assaulted another employee by pushing them multiple times.
*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject shoplifted a bottle of liquor from a business.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Cascade Drive reported that a subject was illegally dumping landscape debris on state trust land.
*Deputies responded to the 12000 block of La Montana Drive for a report of a domestic violence assault incident.
Sunday, June 22
*Deputies responded to Fountain Hills and Shea boulevards for a reported traffic collision. Deputies say a driver failed to control their speed and rear ended another vehicle. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed.
*Deputies responded to La Montana Drive and Palisades Boulevard for a reported traffic collision. According to deputies a driver failed to yield from a private drive and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported, and one vehicle was towed.
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. where it was reported that two subjects were taking items belonging to a business from the back service entrance area. The victim did not wish to aid in prosecution.
*Deputies responded to the area of Palisades Boulevard and Westby Drive on a call for service. Deputies contacted a subject, and a follow-up records check revealed the subject had an outstanding warrant. The subject was arrested but refused by the jail for medical reasons. The subject was subsequently released.
*Deputies received a report from the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. that an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card without permission to make unauthorized purchases at a grocery store.
Monday, June 23
*A resident of the 15000 block of Centipede Drive reported that an unknown subject entered a residence and stole items.
*A resident of the 11000 block of Pinto Drive reported that a subject made threats to harm the victim.
*A resident of the 13000 block of Hamilton Drive reported that a subject arrived at a residence uninvited and harassed the property owner.
Tuesday, June 24
*Deputies responded to Fountain Hills and El Pueblo boulevards for a reported traffic collision. Deputies reported a driver failed to yield from a stop sign and struck another vehicle. One driver was transported to the hospital for medical care. The vehicles were towed.
*A resident of the 15000 block of Sierra Madre Drive reported that an unknown subject damaged a vehicle that was parked on a private driveway.
*Deputies made a traffic stop for criminal speed on Saguaro Boulevard at Ledferd Lane. According to MCSO the driver was traveling 60 miles per hour where the speed limit is 35. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of E. Cholla Drive where it was reported that a foster for a dog rescue was withholding a dog from the rescue director who claimed the dog as property of the rescue.
*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Love Court where it was reported a subject caused damage to a residence while having a mental health episode. The subject was located and transported for mental health treatment.
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of La Montana Drive where it was reported that an unknown subject assaulted the victim by punching them in the face after a verbal altercation at a restaurant.
Wednesday, June 25
*A resident of the 15000 block of Golden Eagle Blvd. reported a violation of a court order.
