*Deputies responded to Saguaro and Palisades boulevards for a reported single vehicle traffic collision. Deputies reported that a driver struck a road barricade in a construction zone. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that a subject shoplifted items from a business. The victim did not wish to aid in prosecution but requested that the subject be trespassed from the business.
*Deputies responded to the 11000 block of Tower Drive where it was reported that an unknown subject cut the lock from a storage unit and took the victim’s property without permission.
Friday, May 9
*A resident of the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. reported that a subject sent a threatening text message to a co-worker.
*A resident of the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. reported that an unknown subject caused damage to the victim’s vehicle while it was parked in a residential parking lot.
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. for a report that a subject assaulted the victim. According to deputies the suspect pointed a firearm at the victim after a verbal altercation in the parking lot of a business.
Saturday, May 10
*A resident of the 15000 block of Sundown Drive reported that an unknown subject stole the victim’s bicycle from a residence.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Calaveras Ave. where it was reported that unknown subjects trespassed in a commercial building.
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown driver struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot of a business then fled the area without reporting the collision.
Sunday, May 11
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. where they were dispatched to a welfare check related to a subject passed out in a vehicle. Upon contacting the subject deputies initiated a DUI investigation. DUI charges are pending DPS lab analysis.
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. for a reported private property vehicle collision. Deputies reported that a driver was attempting to park in the parking lot of a business and backed into a stopped vehicle. No injuries were reported. No vehicles were towed.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. where it was reported that a subject was observed urinating in public outside of a business. Deputies contacted the subject and they were transported to a medical facility for treatment. Criminal charges were submitted to the Fountain Hills Municipal Court.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Trevino Drive where a domestic violence disorderly conduct incident was reported.
Monday, May 12
*Deputies responded to Shea Boulevard and Center Lane where a traffic collision was reported. According to deputies a driver made an unsafe lane change and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported. No vehicles were towed.
*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Boulevard at 136th Street. Deputies reported the driver was traveling 78 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*A resident of the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. reported that an unknown subject caused damage to the garage door of a residence.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject shoplifted items from a business. This report was made several days after the incident. Deputies received two other similar reports from the business at the same time.
*A resident of the 15000 block of Centipede Drive reported a domestic violence assault incident.
Tuesday, May 13
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. where it was reported that a subject was trespassed from a commercial property.
*A resident of the 13000 block of Woodside Drive reported a criminal damage domestic violence incident. Charges have been submitted to the Maricopa County Attorney.
Wednesday, May 14
*Deputies responded to Palisades Boulevard and Verde River Drive for a reported traffic collision. MCSO reported a driver made an unsafe lane change and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported. No vehicles were towed.
*Deputies made a traffic stop for criminal speed on El Pueblo Boulevard at Calico Drive. Deputies reported the driver was traveling 79 miles per hour where the speed limit is 30. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Boulevard at 136th Street for criminal speed. According to deputies the driver was traveling 80 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Keith McMahan Drive reported that an unknown subject took cash from the victim’s wallet while at a senior care facility.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that a subject caused damage to the property of a business.
